Most deliveries are carried out by our own experienced two-person delivery team, not a third-party courier.
Your sofa is delivered by people who know the product and understand how to handle it properly.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We will also keep you updated during the production process, so you know what stage your sofa or sofa bed is at.
Most made-to-order sofa beds are usually manufactured within around 2 weeks, followed by transport to our warehouse.
If you need your sofa sooner, please contact us before ordering. In some cases, we may be able to offer an express production service.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you by text or email with a proposed delivery date.
Around 95% of our deliveries are completed within 18–21 days from the date the order is placed.
We usually contact customers around a week before delivery to arrange and confirm the delivery day.
On the day of delivery, you will receive an online live tracking link so you can see the position of the delivery team and the estimated time they will arrive.
Our standard delivery service includes delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, installation where required and removal of the packaging after delivery.
Your sofa bed or sofa will be handled by our trained two-person crew, who are experienced in delivering large furniture into homes, flats and rooms with more difficult access.
Unlike many furniture companies, we do not rely on third-party couriers for our standard White Glove Delivery Service.
Your sofa is delivered by our own experienced drivers, who know our products, understand how they are built and handle them with proper care from delivery to installation.

Every Sofa Bed Expert sofa and sofa bed is designed to be dismantled into smaller sections for delivery.
Even our largest model only needs around 48 cm / 18.9 inches of access width.
If you are worried about narrow doors, tight staircases, small hallways or difficult room access, simply contact us before delivery.
We can prepare your sofa in separate sections before it leaves us, making it much easier to bring into your home.
This service is included free of charge.
Our own experienced delivery team will bring the sofa into your home and assemble it in the room of your choice, even if this is upstairs, on the top floor, in a loft room, flat, or another difficult-access area.
Because our drivers know the products and how they come apart, they can handle the delivery with care and confidence.
This is one of the main reasons we use our own delivery team instead of third-party delivery companies.

Kerbside delivery may be used for selected areas, international deliveries, Northern Ireland or where delivery is arranged through an external courier.
With kerbside delivery, the goods are delivered on a pallet and left outside the property. The courier is not able to carry the furniture inside, unpack it or install it.
This option is usually used where our own delivery team is not available, or where pallet delivery is the most suitable option.

We understand that checking access routes, doorways, staircases and corridors for large furniture can be difficult.
Our delivery team will always do their best to deliver and install your sofa safely. Many of our sofa beds can be dismantled into smaller sections to make delivery easier where required.
If you believe access may be tight, please contact us before delivery so we can advise you and, where needed, prepare the sofa in parts before it leaves our warehouse.
If we are unable to install the furniture due to access restrictions, we will try to find a suitable solution. This may include arranging an alternative product that fits more easily, where possible.
If no suitable solution is available and the order has to be cancelled due to access issues, a cancellation or return charge may apply.
