Buying Online Should Feel Safe
We understand that buying a sofa or sofa bed online can feel like a big decision. It can be difficult to judge the comfort, size, colour and fabric from photos alone.
That is why we try to make the process as simple and worry-free as possible. If you change your mind before delivery, or if the sofa is not quite right once it arrives, we are here to help.
No pressure, no complicated process and no difficult questions.
Cancel Any Time Before Delivery
You can cancel your order at any time before delivery and receive a full 100% refund.
There are no cancellation fees before delivery. Simply contact us by email or phone and we will arrange your refund.
14 Day Returns After Delivery
If your sofa or sofa bed has already been delivered and you decide it is not right for you, that is absolutely fine.
You have 14 days from the day after delivery to contact us and request a return or exchange.
You do not need to give us a long explanation. Simply let us know whether you would prefer a return, refund or exchange.
Full Return & Refund
We can arrange collection of your sofa or sofa bed and process your refund once the item has been returned.
Exchange for Another Model
If a different size or model would suit your home better, we will be happy to discuss an exchange.
Change Colour or Fabric
If available, we can help exchange your order for a different colour or fabric option.
Free Collection
The collection fee for eligible returns is currently £0.
Our own delivery team will bring suitable protective wrapping with them, so you do not need to keep or reuse the original packaging.
The original packaging is removed by our team at the time of delivery, so we understand that customers will not have it available for a return.
Condition of Returned Items
We kindly ask that returned items are kept clean, undamaged and in good condition while they are in your home.
Returned furniture must not be damaged, stained, marked, heavily used, affected by smells, pet damage or misuse.
If an item is returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale, we may make a fair deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Fabric Samples Recommended
Choosing the right fabric and colour can be difficult from a screen, so we recommend ordering fabric samples before placing your order.
Fabric samples help you check the colour, texture and finish in your own home before making a final decision.
