Purchased one of their "Mocca" Sofa Beds. Was a bit sceptical about buying such a product online at first. They were available to answer questions out of hours which was helpful. Sofa arrived as promised within a couple of days of ordering, delivered well wrapped up on a pallet. Simple enough to assemble. I moving house and wanted a sofa bed i tried all these big names but didn't find what i was looking for plus there was a 3 month wait. I came across sofa bed expert by accident, i looked on their website and straight away i found what i was looking for. I had a few questions so i called them, the customer service was great and they answered all my questions and said i can get my sofa in 3 weeks. When the sofa arrived it was even better than i thought. Am really happy, the sofa is soft, the material is strong. I will be recommending them.
We purchased this sofa bed as we required more space in the room, but also wanted the comfort of a normal bed and it does not disappoint. To change from sofa to bed takes minimal effort and the bed feels solid and comfortable to sleep on. We would definitely recommend.
