The storage compartment in each of our sofa beds is built into the ottoman base beneath the seat cushions. To access it, simply lift the seat base — no mechanism, no tools, no assembly required.

It holds a complete set of king size bedding, including a duvet, two pillows and a fitted sheet. Because the storage is accessible without unfolding the bed, you can put bedding away or take it out at any time — even when guests are still in the house.

Unlike standalone storage ottomans, our sofa beds combine the storage and the sleeping surface in one piece of furniture, saving floor space without any compromise on comfort.

Pocket Spring Mattresses as Standard

Every sofa bed with storage in this collection uses a pocket spring mattress — the same technology found in standalone divan beds. Individually pocketed springs respond to weight independently, providing consistent support across the entire sleeping surface.

This matters because most sofa beds use bonded foam, which softens quickly and develops a ridge along the fold line within a year. Our pocket spring mattresses do not have a fold ridge and do not degrade in the same way, making them suitable for both occasional guests and regular use.
